@The180Clown yeh bro if you want to get a big chest you need to lift heavy. So you should be benching weight that you are only able to do 3-5 reps at a time.

You arms may not grow as fast as you want, by doing just Bench Presses. Bench Press good for Strength!

@cmcleaney Awesome Question – I hate running (long runs) and purely get my conditioning/cardio/fat burning now from these type of circuits, my Spartacus Workouts and I will do interval sprint training if preparing my wife for a fight.
The only time I had to do long runs – 5k plus was when i was preparing for my Muay Thai fight in Thailand – then I had to run…(Your body needs roadwork if you are constantly fighting or training for Muay Thai)

In my opinion, breath holding gives you a lot of mental toughness…an amazing amount of awareness is needed. You allways mention Focus and Concentration… that is it. I’m gonna post a video of a fellow named William Trubridge…. check his level of concentration…
